Project Vehicle Context
Reference vehicle used while planning cluster packaging, visibility, and integration around the original dashboard architecture.
Classic cars deserve real data. Our custom digital instrument cluster displays RPM, speed, coolant temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, battery voltage, and warning indicators - reading from CAN bus or direct sensors - on a clean modern display that fits behind a classic dash or in any enclosure you design. Recent work also includes classic cluster-housing fitment studies and live data-view screen validation.
Development Status: The digital cluster is currently in active development. Hardware design, display firmware, and data-view validation are in progress. We are accepting custom project inquiries - contact us to discuss your cluster requirements and vehicle.
What It Shows
All the data your engine produces - visible at a glance.
Tachometer from crank signal or CAN.
VSS or CAN bus wheel speed.
NTC sensor or CAN message.
Sender resistive or capacitive input.
Analog pressure sender or CAN.
Charging system monitoring.
Check engine, oil, temp, and custom alerts.
Multiple gauges over a single network.
Design Goals
Works with CAN bus data from a modern ECU or sensor hub - or reads sensors directly. Switch between modes per channel when one signal is still off-bus.
Designed to fit behind a classic instrument panel or in a custom pod. The display board is separate from the processing board so packaging stays flexible.
Gauge positions, colors, scale markings, and warning thresholds are configurable per project. The cluster should match the build, not force the build to match the cluster.
Set high-temp, low-oil-pressure, and low-voltage thresholds. When crossed, the relevant gauge changes color and an indicator activates.
Designed to work with the Fan Controller Module and Sensor Hub as the display layer of the three-module system. It can also work standalone if you only need gauges.
About the full module stack →Automatic or manual brightness adjustment keeps the display readable in direct sunlight and comfortable during night driving.

Who It's For
Keep the original dash shape but replace the analog gauges with a custom digital cluster. Reads the same data while working with modern electronics.
When the original cluster has no connection to the new engine, replace it entirely. The cluster reads from the swap ECU CAN output or from new sensors.
A clean panel with the gauges that matter - RPM, temperatures, oil pressure, voltage, and warnings that can be seen instantly.
UAE market classic cars with modified or swapped engines often have no working gauges at all. A custom cluster restores situational awareness and adds value to the build.
