Modern Electrical System for Classic Cars
Classic cars deserve a proper electrical backbone — not a patchwork of adapters. We engineer complete electrical system solutions that bring modern engine management, CAN bus communication, sensor networks, and safety logic to Chevrolet, Ford, and other classic platforms without destroying their character.
Engineering status: PSS AutoWire — our 3-module front/center/rear wiring system — is in prototype and bench-testing, with firmware running on all three modules. The companion Smart Fan Controller is already vehicle-validated. Custom development is available for selected builds — contact us to discuss yours.
The Challenge
Why Classic Car Electrics Break Down
Old wiring meets modern expectations — and fails.
Dropping a modern engine into a classic body is a great idea until you realize the original harness was never designed for it. Temperature sensors, fan controls, and fuel management need complete re-engineering.
Many engine swaps and modifications remove the original thermostatic switch. Without a replacement fan control strategy, the engine runs hot or the fans run all the time.
DIY fixes and relay stacks solve symptoms but create new problems. A proper engineered solution handles all scenarios — including fault conditions — cleanly and safely.
Classic cars have no way to show real-time data. You're driving blind — temperature, fuel, voltage, and faults are invisible until something fails.
Under The Hood · Build Reality
Electrical design starts where cooling, charging, sensors, and drivability all meet.
When a classic engine bay gets rebuilt or mixed with newer parts, wiring can no longer be treated like an afterthought. We map the signals, grounding, power feeds, and fail-safe behavior before adding modules into the system.

PSS AutoWire — The 3-Module Wiring System
Three networked modules — front, center, and rear — talk to each other over a wireless link and replace the original wiring with a documented, fail-safe digital backbone. If the link drops, every module defaults to a safe state.
Drives every front-end load — low and high beam, daytime running lights, fog lamps, turn signals, horn, radiator fan, and wiper — from one compact relay module. It takes its commands wirelessly from the Center module and falls back to a safe state if the link is lost.
The brain of the system. It reads every driver input — ignition, brake pedal, reverse, indicators, lights, hazards, washer — and coordinates the front and rear modules over the wireless link. It also hosts a built-in Wi-Fi dashboard, so live status and control are available straight from a phone.
Handles all rear loads — brake, tail, turn, and reverse lamps, with selectable combined-lamp modes for classic single-bulb setups — plus fuel pump control and live fuel-level reading sent back to the dashboard.
Companion products
PSS AutoWire pairs with two standalone PSS products: the Smart Fan Controller — already vehicle-tested on a Mercedes SLK230 — for CAN-based or sensor-based cooling, and the Digital Cluster for modern gauges behind a classic dash. Each works on its own or alongside the AutoWire modules.

Target Builds
Built For These Projects
Designed around the real wiring challenges we see in the field.
C10 pickups, Camaro, Chevelle, Nova. Engine swaps to LS, 350, or modern EFI engines. Wiring the original body to a new powertrain is exactly what these modules are designed for.
F-100, early Mustangs, and Broncos with modern engine swaps. Coyote or EFI swaps often require full harness redesign. Our modules plug into the problem areas without full custom harnesses.
Classic body, modern mechanicals. Air conditioning, power steering, fuel injection, modern brakes. These builds need a clean electrical architecture that doesn't fight the original wiring.
We handle the electrical side of engine swaps in UAE garages. Fan control, sensor wiring, harness adaptation, and diagnostic support. If you're in UAE, we can work on-site.
Garage Support · Chevrolet Builds
Built for project cars that are still in pieces, still evolving, and still worth finishing the right way.
Our modules and diagnostic approach fit the reality of garage work: missing thermostatic switches, mixed harnesses, half-finished swaps, and owners who want the car to keep its character without living with unreliable wiring.

Engineering-First Electrical Work
We document the existing wiring before touching anything. Every fault, every missing signal, every unknown relay gets identified before any module is installed.
Each module handles one function cleanly. You can install the fan controller alone, or add the sensor hub and dashboard later. No dependency on the full stack from day one.
Every module is designed to fail safely. If a sensor disconnects, if power is lost momentarily, if a CAN message is missing — the system defaults to the safest possible state, not the worst one.
No two classic car builds are identical. Temperature thresholds, relay outputs, CAN IDs, and display layouts are configurable for each project rather than forcing one-size-fits-all firmware.
