Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Precision Software Solutions LLC ("PSS", "we", "us"), a UAE-licensed software and engineering company (Trade License No. 2541411.01). By submitting a project request or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
PSS provides embedded software and firmware engineering, custom embedded modules and devices, automation and control software, and electronics engineering consulting — applied across the automotive, marine, smart-building, and industrial sectors. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in our written communication or quote for that project.
2. Fees & payment
- Project fees and any specific service items are agreed and itemised before work begins.
- Fees are payable in advance via the invoice or payment link we send, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Once work on an item has started, the fee for that item is non-refundable.
- Urgent or expedited work may carry an additional charge, which we confirm before proceeding.
3. Quotes for custom work
Custom module and firmware development and larger projects are quoted per project. Any figures discussed before a written quote are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing. We typically begin with a short scoping step to define the work accurately.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about the system, hardware, or project, reasonable access where on-site work is needed, and timely responses so the work can proceed. Delays caused by inaccurate information or lack of access are not our responsibility.
5. Scope, faults & liability
An engagement covers the scope agreed in writing only. PSS is not responsible for pre-existing faults, prior modifications, or issues outside the agreed scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
6. Deliverables & intellectual property
On full payment, you receive the agreed deliverables (e.g. modules, firmware builds, and documentation) for use in your project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PSS retains ownership of its underlying tools, libraries, and general know-how used to produce the work.
7. Payments
Payments are accepted via our payment provider, Ziina, and other methods we may offer. Payment links and invoices we send are specific to your engagement.
8. Warranty
Any warranty on custom work is stated in the project's documentation or quote. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, or faults outside the delivered scope.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
